The revitalisation of a 1950s industrial monument. The former machine factory is defined by its striking concrete structure and unmistakable industrial character.
Plans include high-quality living space alongside selected showroom and presentation areas.
The building brings historic fabric together with contemporary architecture and fine materials – and becomes a distinctive place for collaboration with European architecture and design manufacturers.
